Aidilfitri Special

Assalamualaikum and Good day everybody!

I am truly sorry for postponing this Aildilfitri Special Post. I was waiting for the pictures, so that I can upload it here for all of you to see. :)

So here are the timeline of the event :

Look, I have sparkling ears!

On the eve of Raya, I spent time with my cousins playing "bunga api" & "mercun" (firecrackers). It was exciting as I managed to play more than one type of bunga api. haha. I know, IT IS kinda lame, but I have a bad record with mercun. When I was much younger, I once stepped on a moving mercun and injured my foot. So, I was banned from playing it up until this raya. ;) Actually, I broke the rules and played it anyways. ;)

Sara, K.Bella and Me.
My mom & Aunt also came down to play.

My Eid-Mubarak celebration this year was done in modesty. The first few days of raya, my family celebrates it in Alor Setar, Kedah which belongs to my mother's side. Yes, I have two Kampung(s). How awesome is that?!

Me & My family (Alam & K.Bella were missing)

The first day itself for me was not that exciting. I am not sure with everybody else, but I had diarrhea. A BAD DIARRHEA. =_=" So, as you guest, I was leaving traces of myself in almost every single house I visited. Eiiiuuuww! No matter how disgusting it was, it's the true story. (",) Nevertheless, I continued my day, refused to be defeated by it, I pulled myself back together for a few more houses. The second day was much better but I was still sick. :(

That's me, falling asleep after a long tiring day
Dine in on the 2nd day!
Open house at relatives

BABIES!
We went to Perak's house (my dad's side) on the third day of raya. It was absolutely amazing. I had the chance to actually hold an infant. I had this phobia of holding babies as I have a history of dropping one. That was long looooong time ago. Now, I am over it. And kids call me CikSu. I don't prefer Maksu as it sounds so OLD SCHOOL. Ciksu is more like it. :)

The next day, My family and my cousins went fishing. I got myself a fish in just less than 10 minutes. haha. It was definitely a great experience.

Everybody is so indulge in fishing
Look! I caught a fish,
Later that evening, we went to an Open House organized by my father's school alumni. It turned out to be a reunion to some of them. It was an event worth participating. :)

Papa's reunion

Photo time!

Foodalicious!

Packing some back for later

Ya ya, I was acting pretty

Okay, that's it. I can't possibly report all of my activities here. It would be too long if I did. Nevertheless, I hope all of you had fun during Aidilfitri. As for the non-muslims, how about you force your muslims friends to invite you to their open houses or if they don't plan on any, force them to have one. Cause, surely, great food awaits you. ;)

Till then, HAVE FUN!
