Today, I am gonna share to all of you an interesting story which happened to me yesterday evening.
I had plenty of work to settle yesterday and I was also rushing to complete my medical check up in KPJ. Well, once I finished with the check up, I went off hoping to reach home fast, trying to avoid the traffic. On my journey home, some uncle was pointing at me, giving directions for me to pull over at the side. In the midst of traffic during peak hours ( it was around 5pm - where workers all in a hurry to go back home and so did I ), I panically pulled over and wind down my windscreen a little and asked the uncle what is wrong. Truthfully, I feared if I had hit him unintentionally at the junction before. He politely tells me that one of my car tire at the back had exploded (I was completely unaware - so indulge on getting home quickly) and suggested I change it. Obviously!
Just as I stepped out of my car, 2 men came out from a car parked behind me (so sudden) offering for assistance. Although I suspected them to be those people who intentionally done something to cause me into the situation, I am thankful for their help. They charge me RM45. =_=" I don't even have that much cash with me.
The story here is, as soon as I pulled over, I realized a police officer just coincidently driving nearby and he stopped by to check out the situation. He stayed with me during the process of tire replacing telling me that he'd do so just incase these guys tried to hit me or do something bad. They were almost done and I was really puzzled on how to pay them, so this very nice policeman went off with his motorbike, I think to a nearest ATM machine and came back paying those men the amount they asked for. HOW GREAT IS THAT? He even gave me RM20 as a spare money for me to continue my journey. I am really thankful to that police officer but I couldn't get his name or properly thank him. And of course, I'd like to pay him back. :)
